All PAL members need to be registered. There are two required steps in order to complete the enrollment process: (1) Register for an account: Click the Register link in the header of this page. If you are using a mobile device, click the icon in the upper-right corner then click Register at the bottom of the next screen. (2) Finish creating account and enroll child: Once your registration is approved by Hartford PAL you will receive an email to set up an account. Then you will be able to register your child for memberships and activities.
